Thinking about gaming the other side of all this. I'm thinking about Early Byzantines vs Sassanids. I have a lot of figs for Sassanids, but would be building most of the Byzantines. Anyone have a couple of lists at 10,000 points they'd like to share? For both the Byzantines and Sassanids?
Three from the Sasanid Persian list as that is the one contemporary with the Early Byzantines.

Likely as 4 as front line roller opposite the enemy cav line and the '2' as late drop behind the lines where the enemy cav is expected to hit. 2 Ellies is small enough to get into flanks and cause an opponent pause if the threat is there to hit hit their already engaged cav. Never put 2 ellies in the front line though :) Plus the 2 is a relatively cheap extra tug for break point - just keep it as a reserve/psychological drop.

thanks Jacques. I guess Sabir allies are popular! I have enough figs for them for one army, but not enough to fight for both the Persians and the Romans ;D
