A question came up in game a few days ago.
The list permits 8 guns
It says upgrade 4 wagons with art
A. If I upgrade 4 war wagons do I use 4 guns and have 4 guns left from the 8 ?
B. The wagon with the gun fires 1 dice or 2 dice with the Art (as the shooting from the wagon is 1 dice per half base)?
Yes, up to 4 guns can be placed in wagons (but you will need at least 16 wagons).
The list note explains that 1 base in a TuG of 2,3 or 4 wagons may be regraded to Light artillery, but only 1 per 4 wagons.
Once a wagon has been regraded, yes it can shoot twice from its long edges (as per the special rules for Battle Wagons). This is a bit of an oddity and makes me think we should require 2 guns to be regraded for each war wagon.

In case that we choose 1 BWg tug with 3 bases or 2 bases of BWg, could we regrade one of them to curry LArt? i.e 2 BWg with Xbw and 1 BWg with LArt?

Take it that is a 2021 change as the 2020 list just says "One base of war wagons in a TuG may be regraded to include light artillery." and the TUGs can be 2, 3 or 4 bases.

Yes there is a minor 2021 list change, so that you now can only have 1 artillery wagon for every 4 wagons. You can still have TuGs of 2 or 3. This stops choosing only 8 wagons and having 50% of them as artillery. This was the original intention as until 2020 lists Battle Wagons had to be in TuGs of 4. It slipped into the 2020 lists by mistake.
