A skilled shooter in one rank begins with black .
If shooting vs Poor/ average goes up to white
If vs sup , S is a wound . Now in that specific case what happens if the target is with shield cover or Arm ...?
Does it go back to "normal"black S having the normal effect ( slow or nothing in pacto ) or is it below black which means only slowing effect in maximus and nothing in Pacto as there is no slowing effect ?
Can I correct this post:
In Maximus.
All shooting starts are white. A file shooting at 1 rank below full depth drops by one COLOUR.
Shooting at a target in cover (except Artillery) drops by one COLOUR.
If shooting with Skilled at a Superior target, then an S results in a wound.
So 1 rank of skilled shooters (in a TUG) shooting at a Superior target in cover is shooting at BELOW BLACK with slowing effects only. Slowing effects only means that wounds don't count, so if you roll as S, even though it would normally be a wound, it doesn't count as a wound.

Exactly so.
And there are no slowing effects in PACTO
Indeed. Unless you want to play them optionally where any hit slows by 1. But not in as too many markers on a small tablet a good thing. So save it for the m and Ms!
