Title: Shooting- skilled vs.superior -S wound die color?
Post by: rakkasan on July 25, 2020, 11:24:01 AM
Hi all,
I haven't  had a chance to look properly in the other posts as I'm  pressed for time. On page 159 of the compendium point 6 states that an S on a white die causes a wound when skilled vs. superior target, however the example on page 163 shows a black die being used...which is the correct usage?

Thanks

Joe

I believe that as per the (corrected) QRS that any dice colour shooting can have the S = Wound result - and that the diagram on page 163 is correct (and indeed that that particular shot was included to illustrate this).

Page 159 G 6, therefore, has "White" included incorrectly.

I have emailed Simon to bring it to his attention - if I'm wrong I'm sure he will comment here  :)

Welcome aboard
Rakkasan!

Sorry yes the final QRS is correct.  A good spot.  One where the artist didn't go and correct the table in the book.  Stikh with the QRS version.  You can get Black up to Yellow with that effect.
