Right now the characteristics are spread out through these various topics. Would it be useful to collect them in one place?
Here are a couple I have thought of:
Terrain Specialists
Characteristic that allows the UG to move and fight in terrain as if it were one grade lighter. So elves might treat Woods as Clear and Forrest as Rough. Dwarves treat Mountain as Rough, etc. This could be in addition to hiding in the terrain as SuGs.
Hated Enemy
Certain races are known to have animosity toward one another. This rule means that any UG becomes impetuous (forced charge) when within charge reach of that enemy. Troops that are already subject to forced charge normally will require one better card color to halt forced charges verses a Hated Enemy. Dwarves and Goblins? Elves and Orcs?
Yes all good ideas. Put them in here as new characteristics and I will review them.

Fury of the Northmen
A unit of Rohirrim cavalry chargeing with a Hero or General in the front rank which scores a Shatter result gives a Shatter bonus to all Rohirrim cavalry within 3BW. Additional shatter results are ignored.
