Ascending Valhalla 2019
Date: Saturday 2nd of March and Sunday 3rd of March 2019
Venue: Hall of Heroes Campbelltown, Sydney
Parking is easiest in the RSL carpark but does have a modest fee for all day parking
Rules: Mortem et Gloriam using the 2019 updates found at the-wargames-zone.co.uk (http://the-wargames-zone.co.uk)
Competition Type: 15mm figure scale, open period (no theme)
Points: 10,000 points using any of the latest 2019 army list books published as at 31st of January 2019
Cost: $30 for both days, $15 for one day. 2 games each day, each game 3.5 hours.
Simon Hall will be attending this event as a participant so it should be a fun event.
Daily organisation:
Saturday: 9.00-9.30-registration
9.30-13.00-game 1
13.00-14.00 lunch
14.00-17.30 game 2
Sunday: 9.00-12.30 game 3
12.30-13.30 lunch
13.30-17.00 game 4
Player Requirements: players are to have their own terrain, boards will be provided.
Army lists are to be submitted by 16th of February using the army builder found on the wargames zone website.
If there is an odd number of players I will play so there are no byes. As this event is designed to broaden the awareness of the rules 1 day players will be accepted.
